Public Safety Evidence Lockers Bid Request

The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office will receive Sealed Bids for Evidence Lockers for their

facility in Warsaw, NY. Bids are to include all costs associated with the specified locker system

detailed. Bids are also to include all freight or delivery costs. Bids are due no later than 11:00

am on October 7, 2025. Please note, a delivery truck with liftgate will be necessary for delivery.

All bids must comply with the minimum specification and drawings attached to this notification.

Any variances within detailed locker sizes must be within two inches of height, width, or depth.

Locker Finishes –

Fabricated Metal Components and Assemblies: Metal lockers to be a minimum of 16ga. Steel material [Non mesh] With the exception of all lock mechanisms or hardware, all exterior metal components to be painted Black with an electrostatically applied Powder Coat paint.

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked as to its contents.

Award of bid will be based on lowest bid price per specifications.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

No additional costs will be allowed for delivery or preparation of equipment as specified.

The County of Wyoming reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid best fits the needs of the County, to reject any or all bids, or to wave any informalities. A signed purchase order or a bilaterally signed contract as furnished to a successful proposer will create a binding contract by both parties.

All prices are to be delivered prices and are to include no taxes.
