Project Description: Montgomery County seeks to contract for delivery a plot of land to purchase in fee simple, of an estimated 3 acres or less zoned for, and to accommodate the design of a Fire and Sheriff’s Facility, along with adequate parking, within a radius of 3 miles of the Montgomery County School System Kirkwood Campus. Land must be improved and pad ready per the specifications.
