If the contractor wishes to submit an alternate product for consideration, those submissions must be made in writing to the Facilities Manager no later than Tuesday, August 5th at 5 pm. Responses will be made via addendum by Monday, August 11th at 5 pm. Chain hoist to be included 1-Set Photo Eyes included with Door Operator 1-Set Light curtains: LiftMaster LC36A 1-Traffic lights LiftMaster RGL24LY with card TLS1CARD 1-MMTC 3BXT NEMA 4 Exterior Three Button Control Station on the left side of (Driver Side) of the door.
