General Description of services:

Portland Housing Authority is seeking proposals from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide a wide range of public relations and communications services.  These services are a necessary supplement to the daily operation of the Agency.  As further detailed within the RFP documents, the successful proposer will include developing and executing a strategic communication plan to enhance the agency's public image, promote housing programs, address community concerns, manage media relations, engage with residents, staff, and stakeholders, and develop various communication channels like social media to effectively disseminate information and build positive relationships with the public.

Deadline for Proposal Submission: Wednesday, November 12, 2025, by 3:00PM - A complete proposal submission requires entering pricing on the Housing Marketplace and uploading a digital copy of your firm’s proposal.
