Central Arkansas Water (“CAW”) is seeking partnership opportunities with various agencies to collaborate on marketing, public relations, and public policy initiatives and strategies in the near term. It is currently accepting Annual Statements of Qualifications (ASQ) from qualified firms interested in assisting CAW with professional public relations, marketing, advertising, videography, photography, event planning, web and electronic media services, consumer research or education, strategic planning, and public policy initiatives. CAW intends to contract with more than one firm to provide the different service requirements covered by this request for ASQs.

Respondents may submit written questions requesting clarification of information contained in this solicitation. Written questions should be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Central Time on Wednesday, 03/12/2025. Submit written questions by email to the CAW buyer as shown on page one (1) of this solicitation.
