Public Notice of Sale of Used Printing Equipment

The City of Warrensburg is accepting bids for the following used printers as one single lot.

Interested parties can view the equipment on March 20, 2025 at 1:00pm. Viewing will be at Warrensburg City Hall, 102 South Holden St, Warrensburg MO 64093.

Electronic bid proposals will be accepted via email to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. no later than March 31, 2025 until 2:00 p.m. The email subject line must read USED PRINTING EQUIPMENT BID and the proposal must be attached to the email in a PDF file format only. No other file type or format will be accepted. The email must include your name, address and phone number.

Equipment must be paid for using cash or check. All items must be paid for and picked up by April 11, 2025.
