PUBLIC NOTICE - Notice of Proposed Sole Source Award - Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drive Equipment

The Board of Directors (Board) of Clean Water Services (District) will consider District’s proposed findings for sole source authorization, allowing District to purchase Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) equipment and allow District’s Chief Executive Officer or Designee to negotiate a contract with Innomotics, LLC.  The proposed findings may be obtained at the District’s Administration Building located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon or by contacting Michelle Mann at mannm@cleanwaterservices.org .

If affected bidders or proposers desire to protest the District's determination that the goods are available from only one source, they need to send a written protest to Michelle Mann, Procurement Specialist, Clean Water Services, 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, OR 97123 a nd mannm@cleanwaterservices.org by 4:00 p.m. on May 27, 2025. Please contact Ms. Mann at mannm@cleanwaterservices.org for copies of the District's rules that identify the conditions required to file a protest and the information required to be included in the protest.
