The Board of Directors (Board) of Clean Water Services (District) will consider District’s proposed findings for a sole source award of a Master Contract for Equipment and Services allowing District to purchase equipment, parts and associated services specifically designed for water resource recovery facilities from Xylem Water Solutions USA, Inc. The proposed findings may be obtained at the District’s Administration Building located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon or by contacting Michelle Mann at
mannm@cleanwaterservices.org
.
If affected bidders or proposers desire to protest the District's determination that the goods are available from only one source, they need to send a written protest to Michelle Mann, Procurement Specialist, Clean Water Services, 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, OR 97123 a
nd mannm@cleanwaterservices.org
by 4:00 p.m. on May 1, 2025. Please contact Ms. Mann at
