Procurement Notice
The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) will award a contract for 18’’ filter modulating valves and actuator R&R on or after April 8, 2026 as a non-standard procurement because pursuant to rules adopted by the district under Utah Code Section 63G-6a-802, making the award through a standard procurement process would be impractical and not in the best interest of the district, as set forth in the Procurement Statement. For more information, contact Jordan Jones at 435-673-3617 or by email Jordan@wcwcd.gov.
The procurement notice indicates that the intended procurement falls under the small-purchase category for general services or products. Given cumulative thresholds, it is not advantageous for operations to exceed the annual limit.
