Grazing Lease near Kolob Reservoir

The Washington County Water Conservancy District (district) invites bids to lease 75 acres of property near Kolob Reservoir, for grazing and management of said property, along with attendant duties as described in the Lease.

All Bids will be received through a Silent Auction in person , at the district office at533 East Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah, on Monday, October 20th, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

A copy of the Lease, Silent Auction Bidder Sheet, & Auction Procedures can also be obtained at the district contact Mindy Mees, via email at: mindy@wcwcd.gov or call (435) 673-3617 (ask for Mindy) at any time before the opening of bids.

The award of the Lease is subject to the district’s approval of a grazing plan and approval of the Lease by the Board of Trustees at the November 3, 2025 board meetin g.

The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality (non-responsiveness) in a bid or to make the award as may best serve the interest of the district.
