PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE SOLICITATION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR THE YEAR 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed submissions will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent, or designated representative, for the Plumsted Township, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey on March 11, 2026 at 1:30 PM. prevailing time, conducted in electronic platform in accord with N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et seq., on BidNet Direct at www.bidnetdirect.com//plumstedtownship  for the following:

• Conflict Public Defender
• Conflict Municipal Prosecutor

Proposers are requested to include a copy of their Business Registration Certificate with their proposal. All proposers must be fully licensed to carry out the duties of their respective professions as required by State law. Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria are on file and available at www.bidnetdirect.com//plumstedtownship .

The Township will only receive electronic submittals, no other physical submittals will be accepted.
