2. Applications postmarked as of 2/28/2025 will be accepted.

3. Waiting List applications can be found online at https://www.ahfc.us/

waiting-list-status . Choose the “Application” link in the AHFC-Owned

Housing column for Fairbanks.

4. You may mail your completed application, hand-deliver it, or place it in the drop box located outside the Fairbanks Family Investment Center. If you wish to mail it, send it to 1441 22nd Ave, Fairbanks, AK, 99701.
