The City of Georgetown seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation (Proposer) with substantial and relevant experience and expertise to provide Public Improvement District (PID) Administration in connection with the City of Georgetown for the following Scope of Services . The selected vendor will verify commercial locations to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements in energy usage. The City is requesting proposals to furnish all services, labor, materials and equipment; to provide all supervision and to perform all work required for the scope outlined in Exhibit A
The successful Proposer (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this Request For Proposal (RFP), maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.
Sealed proposals may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before April 21, at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
