NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO CITY ZONING CODE CHAPTERS 165: TITLE, PURPOSE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS; CHAPTER 167: ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS, AND CHAPTER 169: ZONING ORDINANCE OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL, IOWA


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Hill City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on the 9th day of December 2025 at the Pleasant Hill City Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa, concerning amendments to City Code Chapters 165, 167, and 169.


Comments from citizens will be heard at the hearing. Written comments must be filed at the City Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
