NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO CITY ZONING CODE CHAPTERS 165 TITLE, PURPOSE AND GENERAL PROVISIONS; CHAPTER 166 PROCEDURES, AMENDMENTS, ENFORCEMENT, AND NONCONFORMITIES FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANT HILL, IOWA


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Pleasant Hill will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th day of October, 2025 at the Pleasant Hill City Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa, concerning amendments to City Code Chapter 165 Title, Purpose and General Provisions; Chapter 166 Procedures, Amendments, Enforcement, and Nonconformities.


Comments from citizens will be heard at the hearing. Written comments must be filed at the City Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
