Description:

Public Health Department (property) is located at 922 Bevins Court, Lakeport, Ca. Total area to be re-paved is 30,880 sq.ft. The primary work to be performed under this contract is to provide and install asphalt overlay, raise 2 gates prior to overlay, remove and replace 53 curb stops, spray tack oil & apply petro mat over cracked areas(40%). Pave with 2" of asphalt and compact. Seal coat 875 sq.ft. of asphalt handicap area. Install 65 stripes, 2 handicaps, 4-5' hash area, 7 arrows. 2 Curb stop painted blue, approximately 85' white stripe and 20' of 4' walkway.
