Summary

The project scope includes, but it not limited to, renovation and improvements to four public restrooms (two on the 1st and two on the 2nd floor) for compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations at the Public Health Building located at 1845 North Fair Oaks Avenue. The project is scheduled to be completed in two (2) phases. One floor at a time. All work shall comply with the California Building Code (CBC) 11B Code Section.
