The City of Walla Walla is requesting proposals from an attorney or attorneys to provide Municipal/District Court Indigent Defense Services for up to approximately 300 cases starting July 1, 2026. A detailed RFP can be viewed HERE , or by Contacting the Support Services Department at 509.527.4540.
Firms desiring consideration shall submit a complete proposal package by May 21, 2026 4:00 PM local time, at the office of Support Services, 15 N 3rd Ave, Walla Walla, Washington 99362. Proposals shall be clearly marked “Indigent Defense Services.”
This material can be made available in an alternate format by contacting the City of Walla Walla’s ADA Coordinator, Preston Frederickson at 509.527.4540. It is the City of Walla Walla’s policy to assure that no person shall, on the basis of disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise discriminated against under any of its programs, services, or activities.
