Public Address System (PAS) Project LIT# 230200-2
The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission is now seeking a qualified and experienced Company to procure, install and commission a terminal-wide Public Address System (PAS).
Responses are due in the Airport Commission office at 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
A Mandatory Pre-response Meeting and Mandatory Site Tour will be held at 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in the Airport Commission office. All prospective respondents are required to attend in person. The complete RFP package, including the Microsoft Teams instructions, will be posted on the Airports’ Online Bidding Portal: https://clintonairport.gob2g.com/ .
Title VI Solicitation Notice:
The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, all businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
