Separate sealed Bids for the construction of PTC 23-08 LMIG Sidewalks 2024 will be received by the City of Peachtree Corners, Georgia at Peachtree Corners City Hall located at 310 Technology Parkway, Peachtree Corners, Georgia 30092 until August 14, 2025, 2:00 P.M. local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of pedestrian improvements along SR 140/Holcomb Bridge Road, SR 141/Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, and Avalon Ridge Parkway in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Improvements include concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, reconstructing catch basins, utility adjustments, relocation, and coordination, striping, guardrail, grading, and erosion control.
