Project Description: Denton County’s intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contract is to obtain proposals for a firm or partnership to provide Psychiatric Services for Denton County Probate Court and County Court at Law #1 for involuntary commitment hearings. Involuntary commitment hearings are held in accordance with Texas Health and Safety Code, Title 7, Subtitle C. Texas Mental Health Code chapters 571-578.
