The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the PSTC Chiller Replacement project.

Scope: Replacing two air-cooled 90-ton chillers and their associated chilled water pump with new, including a new filter feeder, air separator, and expansion tank. Reinsulating and heat tracing the existing outdoor chilled water piping within the chiller yard. Modifications to the existing chilled water piping and electrical power circuitry for extending and connecting to the new chillers and pump. Testing, adjusting, and balancing of the new chillers and pump. Commissioning of the new HVAC equipment system and the modified building controls systems.
