The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for specified equipment for 2026 Ford F150 4X4 Crew Cab units with 157" wheelbase and 6.5' bed length.
Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.GOV no later than May 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. All bids must be submitted through the PA supplier portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us The Reciprocal Limitations Requirements Act form (GSPUR-89) and Worker Protection and Investment form (BOP-2201) provided must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with bid submission. ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS eMarketplace website to view any change notices for this IFB. The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid. In order to submit a bid response, vendors must be registered. I-1. Statement of the Project.
The Pennsylvanian State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for
specified equipment for 2026 Ford F150 4x4 Super Crew XL units with 157" wheelbase
and 6.5' bed length. This is a no substitute solicitation.
I-2. Product Specifications
a. Five (5) Leer DCC Aluminum Cap to include the following:
* Standard height
* Standard solid front wall
* Full length side doors with stainless steek T-handles
* Standard rear door
* Welded aluminum rack
* Cargo and toolbox lighting
* Toolbox option "A" without shelf
* Color Z1_01 Oxford White
b. Five (5) Leer DCC Aluminum Cap to include the following:

I.5. Warranty
Manufacturer's warranty provided on all products.
I.6. Manufacturer Authorization
If the Offeror submitting a response to this IFB and is not the original equipment
manufacturer (OEM) of the equipment being provided, the Offeror must submit a
Manufacturers Authorization Letter which clearly states the Offeror is authorized to
provide the OEM's equipment and services required by this IFB. The
Manufacturers Authorization Letter must reference "IFB 6100065951 - PSP Utility
Packages for 2026 Ford F150".
