Description: |
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Emergency and Special Operations (BESO) is seeking horse farrier services to be performed at the BESO facility located in Hershey, PA per the specifications provided in this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@PA.GOV no later than March 18, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Offerors must complete the cost matrix provided in its entirety and upload with bid submission. Worker Protection and Investment form BOP-2201 provided must be completed by an authorized vendor representative and uploaded with bid submission. Current certificate of insurance must be uploaded with bid submission. Certificate must list PSP as the certificate holder and include language stating PSP as additional insured. ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS eMartketplace website to view any change notices for this IFB. Any change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid. In order to submit your bid response, interested vendors must be registered.
