Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VISN 2) has a requirement for Home Oxygen Services to be furnished by a Contractor to our VA Beneficiaries on the Home Oxygen Program. Services shall be in accordance with specifications, terms and conditions contained herein.
