The Consultant will collaborate with OOS to successfully implement the Benchmarking Program and BEPP. The Consultant will provide technical assistance (TA) to relevant stakeholders under the direction of OOS, review compliance materials, analyze program-specific data, and utilize ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and BEAM compliance management software.
