Through this RFP, the City is seeking a contractor to perform the following services:
To provide veterinarian care for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) trained Philadelphia Police Department canines and prescription Diet Dog Food for the canines. The (11) canines referred to in the RFP are TSA owned and handled by the Philadelphia Police Airport Unit. In the future there may be more canines added.
