PRT | RFI for Management for Parking Facilities

The Port seeks information about companies that manage parking facilities for monthly or specific customers (e.g. members, employees). The Port operates approximately ten (10) parking facilities that serve a very specific customer base including Port tenants and their employees, members of recreational organizations that rent the adjacent facilities, and businesses that rent monthly parking for company-owned trucks and shuttles. The Port requires management and operations assistance to ensure proper access to these parking facilities, as well as monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Port’s site-specific parking regulations.

The Port intends to issue a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) in late 2024/early 2025 for
management of these parking facilities.
