The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide and install:
(2) Standard Pyramids 7'-0" x 7'-0" OCD flat, (33-1/3° slope).
(1) Standard Pyramid 10'-0" x 10'-0" OCD flat, (33-1/3° slope).
(3) Standard Pyramids 14'-0" x 14'-0" OCD flat, (33-1/3° slope).
(2) Custom Pyramids 17'-4" x 17'-4" OCD flat, (33-1/3° slope).

- 2 3/4" Kalwall translucent panels
- 12" x 24" Shoji grid pattern- .070" Crystal face sheet & .045 White interior sheet
- .23TB "U" factor
- All exposed aluminum to be premium color (Coro Blue #48-C) Kalwall Corrosion Resistant Finish.
- Roofs are designed for 35 PSF live load, 0 PSF snow load, 25 PSF (ASD) wind load, and 0 PSF drift load with L/60 deflection.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
The closing date and time for this sourcing event is Wednesday, May 27th, 2026 @ 2:00 PM Mountain Time. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit your response by the date and time indicated above. There will be a mandatory walkthrough on May 20th, 2026 @ 1:30 PM Mountain Time at Amelia Earhart Elementary, located at 2585 W 200 S St, Provo, UT 84601.
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the entirety of the project. The contract will end after the District and the contractor agree that the project is completed satisfactorily.
All pricing must be guaranteed for the entirety of the project.
