Purpose of IFB:
Provo City School District is seeking 36 Laptops and 36 Monitors. All of the devices will be delivered to the Provo City School District Auxiliary Services Building located at 527 S 1600 W St, Provo, UT 84601. Shipping is to be FOB Destination. The submitted cost must include shipping.
It is anticipated that this IFB may result in a single award. The District reserves the right to award based on the lowest combined cost or to the lowest cost per line item.
Contract Duration:
The contract resulting from this IFB will be for a term of one (1) year.
The vendor must guarantee its pricing for one (1) year.
