Mandatory Bid Walk: Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Please meet at the school's front entrance.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide abatement and removal of asbestos-containing materials at Dixon Middle School. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary to complete the work in accordance with all applicable EPA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements. .
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: This contract will remain in place until completion of the project and approval of the District.
