Conducting Procurement Unit: Department of Nutritional Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide kitchen and building equipment maintenance and repair services for the Provo City School District (PCSD) Child Nutrition Program. PCSD intends to award a contract to one qualified contractor to service the District’s eighteen (18) schools.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
The closing date and time for this sourcing event is Tuesday, August 28th, 2025, @ 2:00 PM Mountain Time. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit your response by the date and time indicated above.
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for a maximum of five (5) years.
All pricing must be guaranteed for one year.
