Summary

It is the intention of these specifications to provide to prospective proposers the requirements for qualified organizations to purchase media advertisements as detailed herein.

Individuals or organizations responding to the Request for Proposal (RFP) shall have extensive experience and a knowledgeable background and qualifications in the provision of the services described herein.

The contract shall be for a one (1) year period from January 2, 2025 through December 31, 2025, and include two (2) additional one (1) year option extensions at the discretion of the County which shall be subject to the availability of funds and the approval of the Middlesex County Board of County Commissioners.
