Provision of Bypass Rentals

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the rental of bypass pumps and related equipment, as well as the repair and maintenance of Toho-owned bypass pumps. The Contractor shall provide bypass pump rentals (“Equipment”) including all associated hardware, ancillary equipment, and maintenance services necessary to support temporary bypass pumping operations. The Contractor shall also provide inspection, repair, and maintenance services for TOHO-owned bypass pumps as required. Services may be performed at any of TOHO’s lift stations, water reclamation facilities, water treatment plants, pumping stations, or other Toho utility facilities.
