Provision of bottled water supply and hot/cold water dispenser services

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage one qualified and experienced firm to provide bottled water supply and hot/cold water dispenser services for SIGA Central Office and Dakota Dunes Casino including delivery, installation, maintenance, and reporting as described in the tender document in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter. The successful Bidder (the “Service Provider”) shall provide full-service bottled water supply and dispenser services for SIGA’s central office, and Dakota Dunes Casino, as required.

SIGA would be looking to retain the successful bidder for a period of two (2) years with three (3) annual renewal options.

The successful Bidder (the “Service Provider”) shall provide the following services, as required, including but not limited to:

1. Supply potable bottled water in 18.9L (5-gallon) bottles and hot/cold water dispensers
2. Deliver full bottles and remove/exchange empty bottles at each location to ensure continuous supply based on demand and seasonal fluctuations.
3. Supply and install water dispensers where applicable and perform routine cleaning and sanitization of dispensers
4. Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning equipment and maintain all equipment in good working order and hygienic condition
5. Service Level Requirement: Except in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, accidents, or acts of nature), SIGA expects a 100% fill rate on all next-day deliveries.
