Safety Building, Devens MA.
Project No. 26-019
MassDevelopment is accepting sealed bids for the provision, delivery, set-up and
installation of audio-visual systems and equipment for the Devens Public Safety
Building in Devens, MA. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available
beginning Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 12:00pm by contacting Christine
Brown (cbrown@massdevelopment.com) or John Marc-Aurele (jmarc-
aurele@massdevelopment.com). A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at
10am on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 in the training room of the Devens Public
Safety Building, 115 Queenstown St., Devens, MA. Sealed bids must be submitted
no later than 2:00pm on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 to the MassDevelopment
office at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, Massachusetts 01434 at which time they
will be publicly opened and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE
CONSIDERED. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or
to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work contemplated by this
IFB may be subject to the approval of the MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
