MassDevelopment is accepting sealed bids for the provision, delivery, set-up and installation of audio-visual systems and equipment for the Devens Public Safety Building in Devens, MA. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) package will be available beginning Wednesday November 12, 2025 at 12:00pm by contacting Christine Brown (cbrown@massdevelopment.com) or John Marc-Aurele (jmarc-aurele@massdevelopment.com). The project work consists the provision of, delivery and set-up and installation of audio-visual systems and equipment for the new Devens Public Safety Building being constructed at 115 Queenstown Street in Devens, MA 01434, as identified in the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Work. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held at 9am on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Sealed bids must be submitted no later than 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 to the MassDevelopment office at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, Massachusetts 01434 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract for the work contemplated by this IFB may be subject to the approval of the MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
