Provision and Installation of Bishop Filevich Accessible Playground

Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, as represented by Corporate Services, and in partnership with the Friends of Bishop Filevich (FOBF), is requesting quotations from qualified proponents, for the provision and installation of one (1) accessible playground at Bishop Filevich Ukrainian Bilingual School.

The intended outcome is a playground that feels like a single, continuous adventure — not a collection of separate structures. The design shall encourage repeated use through interconnected play opportunities, clear progression between age zones, and physical challenges that develop strength, balance, coordination, and endurance.

The new playground will replace the existing facility, which is currently surrounded by sand surfacing. The project will deliver a fully connected, multi-zone play structure on an accessible poured-in-place rubber surface (or approved alternative), serving the full elementary student population.

The scope of work includes:

Design and supply of all playground components meeting the requirements set out in this tender
Delivery and installation of all playground components
Supply and installation of playground surfacing (see — Surfacing)
Site cleanup and restoration upon completion
