Provincial Grazing Reserve Infrastructure Removal & Site Reclamation

There are 32 Provincial Grazing Reserves (PGRs) across Alberta that provide a variety of recreational opportunities, wildlife habitats, natural resource development, and livestock grazing. There is a significant amount of aging infrastructure on these PGRs that requires demolition and/or upgrades.

This project will focus on the demolition and site reclamation of two buildings within two separate PGRs; Bear Canyon House and High Prairie Quonset.

The prime Contractor must provide a valid standard Certificate of Recognition (COR), or a valid Temporary Letter of Certification (TLC) for a standard COR, or a COR Equivalency Letter (COREL) for out of province Proponents.

All bids must be submitted by email to the address indicated.

PRE-BID MEETING: Proponents are strongly encouraged to visit the sites prior to submitting a bid. Neither site is open to the public and will require a scheduled meeting prior to visiting. Due to the locations of the sites, pre-bid meetings will be scheduled individually, upon request. Please reach out to the inquiries contact to schedule a site visit.

Due to existing site conditions it is strongly recommended that all Contractors attend an onsite pre-bid meeting.
