NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the County of Salem, State of New Jersey on Thursday, September 11, at 11:00 am prevailing time at the Salem County Administration Building, 110 Fifth Street, Suite 400, Salem, New Jersey, 08079 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROVIDING LARGE CAPACITY COMMERCIAL DRYERS FOR THE SALEM COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY; BID# 25-14

Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in the New Jersey’s Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration for award.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held at 11:00 AM (Prevailing Time) on Tuesday August 26, 2025 – 11:00 am at the Correctional Facility located at 125 Cemetery Road, Pilesgrove, NJ 08098 for a tour of the laundry area.
