The purpose of this addendum is:
The purpose of this addendum is to place a public notice that there will be a second mandatory
pre-bid conference to allow an additional opportunity for additional bidders to view the site,
ask questions, and then submit bids. Firms who attended the first pre-bid conference on 9/14
are NOT required to attend the 9/28 conference to submit bids, but may attend if desired.
There will be a sign-in sheet recording all attending bidders which will be posted publicly to the
City's bid website as an addendum following the walkthrough.
