Project Description: Provide Four (4) Each 3\'0” x 8’0” x 1-3/4”, Sixteen (16) Each 3’0” x 7\'0” x 1-3/4”, and One (1) 3’6” x 94” x 1-3/4” Solid Wood Core Door with ply-backed Mahogany for Exterior Use for DAGS, Kauai District Office (26-01)
Fiberboard Backed Skin is Prohibited. Door Shall be Stamped 20 Minute Fire Rated by Manufacturer.

General Comments

Unit costs shall include all applicable charges, including shipping and tax. Items shall be palletized (15 per pallet) for transport. Delivery shall be made to Nawiliwili Dock or Via Will-Call from location on Island of Kauai on or before January 22, 2026.

Bidders shall include all applicable fees, charges, surcharges, taxes, shipping/handling, delivery, and any other charges associated with this solicitation in the price submitted.

Award shall be made to lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Award of all and/or part of this bid is subject to the availability of funds. The State of Hawaii reserves the right to cancel this RFQ and/or reject any or all offers in whole or in part when it is determined to be in the best interest of the State of Hawaii.
