Request for Proposals (RFP)
The Northwest Arkansas Workforce Development Board (NWAWDB) is soliciting proposals from qualified entities to provide One-Stop Operating services for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I-B program. The successful proposer at a minimum must coordinate the service delivery of required one-stop partners and service providers. Local Workforce Development Boards may establish additional roles of the One-Stop Operator. The full RFP packet contains the criteria/information, all requisite forms, and instructions. The RFP packet may be requested by contacting Mr. Kelley Sharp of the Northwest Arkansas Local Workforce Development Board via email at kesharp@uark.edu . Proposals must be submitted electronically to Mr. Kelley Sharp ( kesharp@uark.edu ) by noon on June 29, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered. Questions regarding the RFP can also be sent, via email, to Mr. Kelley. Note: All questions/answers will be posted to the nwaedd.org . website. Stevens Amendment
The Stevens Amendment, PUBLIC LAW-101-166, SECTION 511, is an appropriations provision that requires grantees of the Department of Labor (DOL), Health and Human Services (HHS), and Education to disclose for a grant program the percent of costs financed with federal funds. Workforce and Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs are federally supported 100% by the U.S. Department of Labor as an award totaling $ $1,034,679.75 with $0.00 (0%) state, local and/or non-governmental funds.
