Provide lunches and beverages for morning & afternoon breaks on June 16 & 17, 2025 for a training class in Blacksburg, Virginia (Clay St SW, Blacksburg, VA 24060).See attached document and required item list in eVA.Only vendors of food/beverage items need to apply. This training does not need a coordinator. Do NOT bid coordinator services.Bid must be expressed on a per person basis and must be at or below state per diem rate. Hot lunches with a protein and sides or other item such as assorted sandwich/wrap tray, salad, sides, beverages or other items vendor would like to include in the bid for 20 people** each day - June 16 & June 17.Beverages for afternoon breaks: Beverages include coffee, an assortment of sodas, water, and any other beverages the vendor may want to bid for 20 people** each day - June 16 & June 17.Small food item and beverages for morning breaks: small food item and beverages (coffee plus an assortment of soda/water and any other beverages vendor may want to bid) for 20 people** - June 17.Note: **Number of students is estimated at 20 people, but this number could be more or less. Confirmation of the number of attendees will be provided 5 days prior to the training dateQuote must include all charges/fees/taxes.
