April 30 and May 1, 2025 training in North Chesterfield, Virginia (7700 Midlothian Turnpike, N. Chesterfield, VA 23235).Only vendors of food/beverage items need to apply. This training does not need a coordinator. Do not bid coordinator services.Bid must be expressed on a per person basis and must be at or below state per diem rate. April 30 & May 1 - Hot lunch with a protein and sides or other item such as assorted sandwich/wrap tray, salad, sides, beverages or other items vendor would like to include in the bid for 20 people.**April 30 & May 1 - Afternoon breaks: beverages (coffee plus an assortment of soda/water and any other beverages vendor may want to bid) for 20 people.** May 1 - Morning breaks: small food item and beverages (coffee plus an assortment of soda/water and any other beverages vendor may want to bid) for 20 people.** Note: ** - These are estimated figures. That actual number may be higher or lower depending on registration. The final number will be provided 5 days prior to the event.Quote must include all charges/fees/taxes. We are tax exempt from VA State Taxes and can provide certificate â Form ST-12.
