NOTICE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Ward, Arkansas is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors to provide and install one (1) Dual-Port Electronic Vehicle Charging Station at the Ward City Hall building located at 405 Hickory St, Ward, Arkansas. Completed Bid Proposal packages may be obtained by emailing chasity@cityofward.com . Completed proposal must be received no later than 2 pm (local time), August 11, 2025 at which time they will be opened in public. Each proposal must be clearly mark on the outside envelope; “WARD RFP 2025-02 – Electronic Vehicle Chargers.” For additional information, contact Mayor Gastineau, 501-743-2501 or via email at mayor@cityofward.com . The City reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all responses received. The cost of this ad is $138.16, and is paid for with City of Ward General Funds.
