DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The contractor shall supply and install four new metal doors and frames, ensuring they meet or exceed USCG physical security standards. Installation should include appropriate locking mechanisms compatible with the station's existing security system and ensure proper alignment and sealing. The contractor is responsible for all necessary labor, materials, and disposal of debris, ensuring minimal disruption to station operations during the replacement process.

Contractor shall complete all work, deliverables and outcomes within 45 calendar days after notice to proceed is given by the Government.

Questions regarding the statement of work (SOW) will be forwarded to the unit for an accurate response. All responses will be uploaded for an equal and fair solicitation to all interested vendors. No more questions will be answered after 09/29/25.

Quote Submission:
All quotes are required to be submitted on SF1449 with a breakdown of all costs. Submit quotes to the following e-mail address, patrick.r.stewart2@uscg.mil with solicitation RFQ number 37400PR250000075 in subject line. Quotes are due at USCG Base Seattle, WA. by 12pm (PST) 9/29/25. All offers that are submitted late (by day and time zone) and quotes that do not include a breakdown of cost will not be considered in the award determination.
Award:
It is the government’s intent to select for award to the one responsible quote which proposes a price that is fair and reasonable and provides the Best Value quote meeting the specifications of the requirement. Quotes determined to be incomplete, unreasonable, or unrealistic will not be considered for award. Under FAR 4.1103 prospective contractor shall be registered in System Award Management (SAM) prior to award.
