Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to perform a hydrologic analysis of groundwater and lake elevations in the Palmer area including changes and potential impacts caused by gravel mining operations.

Questions or requests for clarification directed to any other member of the Borough staff, or consultants may be grounds for rejection of proposal as being irregular.
