on Monday, March 9, 2026, at 2 PM, ET. A Facility Inspection for those
who request to attend will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 12:00
PM, ET. Refer to the solicitation document for further details.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (Port Authority), in accordance with the
provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to
