The SMCDRC is a 351-bed local correctional facility. All cooking is to be done on-site from scratch. Food is to be prepared and placed in serving trays for delivery to cell blocks by correctional officers. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this solicitation. A site visit may be scheduled prior to the first Q&A Deadline on Wednesday November 27.
